Administration

Ms. Gratz is the Principal at Deer Isle-Stonington High School. She has been working at DISHS since 2023. She has an extensive history in the education field, both as a teacher and an administrator. Ms. Gratz brings a strong commitment to academic excellence, student well-being, and community engagement. With a background in educational leadership and classroom instruction, she is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive.

Moriah has been working at DISHS since 2015. She is in charge of our front office, all the bookkeeping at the high school, and keeps everything running at the school. Moriah's strong organizational skills and attention to detail help assist students, staff, families, and visitors while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
