To Request a Transcript

1. Contact Mrs. Susan Siebert at ssiebert@dishs.org or call the high school at (207) 348-2303

2. Please identify yourself and if you have changed your name since graduating, please indicate your name when graduating

3. Please say the year you graduated from high school or if you did not complete, the year you would have graduated high school

4. If you would like to pick up a transcript, please schedule a date and time

5. If you would like the transcript to be directly sent somewhere, please have the address, fax number, or email ready on where you would like it to be sent.

If you received your GED, please contact Morgan Witham, mwitham@su76.org on how to receive that information.
