Superintendent Search Information

Good Afternoon,   The Union 76 School Committee will meet at 5:30 PM on Monday, April 9, 2012 in the art room at the Deer Isle-Stonington Elementary School.   The purpose of the meeting will be to make some initial decisions about moving forward with the search for a new superintendent to replace Bob Webster, who will be retiring On August 1, 2012.   The items on the agenda include making decisions about the composition of the screening/interview committee, establishing parameters of the search process for the subcommittee, collecting information for the search, and making a decision about hiring a consultant to assist the union school committee with the search process.   This is a public meeting and members of the public are invited to attend and participate.   Skip Greenlaw Chair, Union 76 School Committee
