Remote Access Meeting Per 1 MRSA §403-A  

Tuesday, October 6^th, 2020 - 6:15 PM

In accordance with An Act to Implement Provisions Necessary to the Health, Welfare and Safety of the Citizens of Maine in Response to the Covid-19 Public Health Emergency, as enacted to read: Sec. G-1 1 MRSA §403-A Public proceedings through remote access during declaration of state of emergency due to Covid-19 the meeting will be held though a ZOOM Mtg. (Directions for joining mtg. will be shared)

Board Members Present: Jane Osborne, Tracie Morey, Liz Perez, Darrell Williams, William Shepard

1.     The Chair called the meeting to order and declared a quorum under emergency legislation at 6:19 pm.

2.     Expectations Review for Remote Meetings – the Chair reviewed the expectations and procedures for remote board meetings.

The Board went into Executive Session at 6:24 pm and came back into regular session at 8:35.

            Moved to adjourn at 8:36pm by Perez, Seconded by Shepard.
